I build custom AI and lead its adoption across a company.
From gene-editing research to running a company-wide AI program across every department, with a master’s in AI in Business finishing in December 2026. I’m ready to lead AI at a larger scale.
Built for the problem in front of me
Agents, a voice-AI training simulator, internal apps and a usage dashboard, each designed around one team’s real need.
Routine work, handled
About 40 Claude skills and automations shared across departments, backed by 80+ project specs and instruction sets.
Adoption that sticks
50+ employees trained hands-on, plus a custom AI curriculum and learning system to keep it going.
Clear in the room
Executive-ready presentations and live demos that show leadership what’s built, what’s next and why it matters.
I build AI and I lead the programs around it. Most of what I make doesn’t exist off the shelf: AI agents that act as digital teammates, automated workflows that take routine work off a team, a voice-AI simulator that scores practice calls, and dashboards that show what AI is costing and delivering. Every one starts as a specific problem someone brings me, and I take it from spec to a working pilot to everyday use.
Today I own an AI portfolio of 70+ projects, from scoping to rollout, and I’m the go-to AI resource for about 150 people. I took the program from one department to company-wide in four months. Before that, at Neoclease, I evaluated language models for designing gene-editing enzymes. My master’s coursework at ASU adds the machine learning foundation: regression, ensemble models, clustering, NLP and apps deployed for non-technical users.
Building is half the job. The other half is getting people to use what I build. That means hands-on training, documentation people actually read, and presenting progress and live demos to executive leadership.
That part comes naturally because I grew up in front of an audience. I spent 13 years as a SAG-AFTRA actor with Nickelodeon, Viacom and Paramount, working on professional production teams. I learned to take direction, hit deadlines and explain things clearly under pressure. It’s why presenting to a C-suite or teaching a room full of new users feels like home.
At Bowdoin I studied Digital Computational Studies and Sociology: how technology works, and how people adopt it. I’m most interested in enterprise AI adoption, agentic system design and forward-deployed AI work.
