Gymnastics Training
I was a gymnast at an early age, but took 6 years off to focus on acting and other sports. In high school I started gymnastics again, and I began pushing myself to progress. I know it will take hard work and dedication, I hope to show that I have the drive, discipline and potential to be the best I can be.
I began gymnastics at a very young age. I loved it and started training several days a week. As a young gymnast I began competing for Toby Wells YMCA in San Diego.
I was highlighted by USA Gymnastics Faces in the Gym, Aug 2009 “Ethan Estrada, 6, began tumbling at age 3 in a trampoline class. At 5 years old he was the youngest member to join the Level 4 boy's team at the Mission Valley YMCA. He's now 6 years old and is currently training as a Level 5 on the Boys competitive team.”
When I returned to gymnastics at 15 I wasn’t sure what to expect, however I was able to pick up where I left off and I placed 2nd in my Region at level 5. I quickly moved up to JD as a sophomore placing in the top 3 in most of my meets. I am currently training at level 10 beginning my senior year.
